They contain geometries also as algorithmics for stiffness and sound optimization. For doing so, we use different software modules, which we partially developed by our own. They support FEM analysis and further simulations.

Upgrade / Retrofit / Optimization
Our components and gear systems are made for long life. Even longer than some technologies last. It is worth to investigate at the end of product life cycle, if there are nowadays better solutions possible. That is why we offer a feasibility study, which considers updated requirements and with the opportunity to go for a more modern and sustainable solution.
Measuring
Long lasting experience and wide production know how can be used for your benefit. We are keen to inspect and monitor your part for dimensional accuracy and erosion. We supply test certificates and measurement reports.
Assembly
We assemble your drive systems in our workshop and check the functionality. On demand we use your measuring equipment according to your measuring processes, in order to be 100% in line with your requirements at the place of application.
Stock Holding
Cost optimized manufacturing depends very much on the demand planning and need of finished or semifinished goods. We offer the opportunity to plan ahead and keep stock to be ready for the peaks.
Spare Parts
The most long term kind of stock holding is keeping spare parts available. This underlines the importance to be clear about the product life cycle right from the beginning to have spare parts quickly available. Only as much as needed, not as much as possible.
