Ideally we develop a solution with our customer, which displays technically and commercially the optimum for its purpose. Already now we discuss the product lifecycle and aftermarket needs. Also logistics, stockholding and demand planning are essentials in the discussion.
We provide prototypes and drive the project forward till design freeze towards serial production.

If quantities, planning horizon and product life time support the manufacturing at AVTEC, we engage AVTEC early in the project development. If the circumstances do not allow manufacturing abroad, for instance due to a particular machining process or a complex product creation is anticipated, we collaborate with our local network partners. This means an essential advantage in prototyping, before moving into serial production.

The Product

Our products are specifically developed for our customers’ application. In collaboration we investigate the requirements and lay out the specification. With our wide experience we give advice, figure out and optimize the components, provide drawings and part lists.

In early stage we consider particular needs of the machining process used for prototyping and for serial production. A meaningful translation of the concept into a industrialized solution is key for a commercially attractive production and process safety.
